The old Sawmills are in a fabulous rural location in the village of Filleigh on the Castle Hill Estate, close to the 17^th Century Palladian splendour of Castle Hill House.

Whilst enjoying this idyllic location we are far from isolated being just 2 minutes from the main North Devon link road, the A361, 5 minutes from the thriving market town of South Molton, 20 minutes from Barnstaple and Tiverton and junction 27 of the M5 only 30mins away.

Directions:

From Barnstaple/Tiverton/M5 via A361

Leave the A361 at the roundabout west of South Molton taking the B3226 to South Molton. Turn right at T-junction signposted Filleigh/Hill Village/Stags Head/. Pass through gate pillars and row of cottages at Stags Head and at the stone bridge turn right signposted East & West Buckley onto Filleigh New Mill Road (just before the Castle Hill House formal grounds bounded by iron railings on right begin).

The Old Sawmills are directly ahead of you with a car park to your left from which there is a pedestrian exit just in front of the Mill.

From Torrington via B3227 and Crediton/Exeter via A377

Leave the A377 at Umberleigh for South Molton on B3227. Leave B3227 ½ mile before entering South Molton, turning left at signpost for Hill Village. Follow this road past the chipboard factory and down the hill to T-junction at Stags head. Turn left ont0 B3226 and take first right at stone bridge as above.
