 We
enjoy a fabulous machine room of approximately 900 sq feet that
meets all PUWER98 regulations and is equipped to meet the most
demanding of tasks, quickly, safely and accurately.
In its planning a priority was to ensure a safe, clean and healthy
working environment. This has been achieved by the installation of a
custom-built dust extraction system driven by two 3hp Axminster
Plus ADE4000 twin bag extractors equipped with fine dust filter
cartridges.
There is a dedicated sharpening/wet area, racked storage for timber,
veneers and sheet material and two workbenches for assembly/hand
machine work, including one with a pattern makers vice.
All our primary machinery is 3
phase to industrial specification and includes:
Robland Z250 table saw. 7.5 hp with 400mm main
blade and 100mm scoring blade. Table size 1530mm x 700mm. Sliding
table size 400mm x 3200mm.
Axminster Plus SW6300 band saw.
5hp with 600mm x 850mm table. Max cutting width 620mm. Max cutting
