Jonathan is originally from Hertfordshire finding his way to North Devon via London, the Middle East, South East Asia and 25 years in the Ad’ industry.

He came to designing and making furniture when his well established passion for contemporary art and design led to an unexpected change in career.

Grabbing an opportunity to undertake an intensive course of study in the production of bespoke furniture with one of the country’s pre-eminent designer/makers he found himself turning his back on ‘adland’ and planning his own workshop .......................he then conceived the idea for the 360° Trust.

Jonathan’s furniture combines the highest quality traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design to produce elegant, sculptural and functional form, His award winning work has been exhibited at the Plateaux Gallery London, a  Celebration of Craftsmanship & Design and features in the new seminal guide to contemporary furniture, ‘Bespoke’ by Betty Norbury.

Jonathan moved to the county to begin his furniture making studies, fell in love with the area and decided to stay, and now divides his spare time between Devon’s stunning countryside and beaches with those of North Yorkshire and his two young children.
